Blue Bee will provide a full refund or credit for all full-priced items that meet the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page.

Warranty Disclaimer - The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects and does not include any incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper use/cleaning of Blue Bee products or any defects caused by general wear and tear.

All Blue Bee products damaged or defective in transit and/or upon arrival are covered by warranty. Proof of purchase is required and contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery/collection.

To make a warranty claim, you must notify our customer service team at info@bluebeearchives.com with proof of purchase and relevant photographic evidence of the fault to enable an assessment of the issue/defect. We may require additional information or products to be returned for internal assessment.

If the warranty applies, the manufacturer will replace or refund (in full/partial), at its discretion, the item deemed defective.
